Special Water Meter Reading Bookings
Welcome to the Special Water Meter Reading Booking System. From here you can book water meter readings for property sales. Meters are read each Thursday. Bookings for readings must be submitted by 12noon on the Wednesday prior to the reading date at the latest.
This system also allows you to amend the dates for bookings already submitted and you can also cancel booking requests if they are no longer required.
Please note all requests will attract a special reading charge.

If you haven't used this system before, you'll need to register first.
During the registration process, you will be asked for your company name, job title and contact information. A NCC staff member will contact you to verify your identity and upon completion of that, you will be given access.
This process is not automatic, and can take a few days to complete.
